Source notes

  • The current UMass event and Addendum 1 expressly extend responses to November 6, 2026 at 5 PM EST. COMMBUYS still displays October 23 and a closed banner; those syndicated fields are superseded for this exact event.
  • General Scope retains an October 1, 2026 kickoff target beside anticipated February 2027 implementation. It states the detailed schedule will be mutually agreed; the earlier target is not a verified performance date.
  • The generic insurance question references Attachment J, labelled conditional in the event attachment schedule. No separate J is listed. Project-specific General Scope expressly incorporates the available Contract for Services insurance terms, including cyber and professional liability; no supplier qualification assurance is made.
  • Use Addendum 1's test-menu answers with the General Scope. Historical statistics include a Strep A label; they are volume history and do not replace the current laboratory Strep instructions.
  • The price workbook permits adapting formulas or supplying an equivalent layout. HECVAT and VPAT are blank response templates, not completed compliance assessments. HECVAT carries its own reuse license.
