Public bids.
Clear sources.

Bid Atlas is an independent public bidding directory. We organize notices from a selected roster of public buyers so suppliers can compare relevant work and reach the original source.

What we publish

Each opportunity has an identifiable issuer, a real solicitation or qualification request, source evidence of an open response window, and a deadline supported by the notice. We retain the original solicitation number, source URL and verification time.

We distinguish current solicitations from awards, planning notices and invitation-only procurements. We exclude unresolved deadline conflicts and source pages that do not actually display the notice.

How “open” is determined

An open result must have a successful source check within 24 hours, a supported future response deadline and no evidence of closure, cancellation or award. The status is evaluated when you view the page.

When the source does not state a timezone, we preserve its original date and time. We stop displaying the record as verified open before the earliest possible start of its deadline date. Confirm the exact deadline with the issuer.

Updates and source failures

Scheduled collection revisits the published roster. New notices are added, material changes are recorded, and status transitions remain visible. A failed request is recorded as a failure; it does not erase opportunities or imply that a board is empty.

Previously collected records remain available for reference when a source fails. They leave the default open results when their verification becomes stale. See the coverage page for source health and last successful checks.

Documents and scope

Document links are checked for accessible content before publication. Scope text is drawn from the issuer’s notice and organized alongside deadlines and procurement fields. Some issuers require registration to obtain additional materials or submit a response.

The original notice and its latest addenda control eligibility, submission and contract requirements. Use the official links on each opportunity to read those materials.

Coverage and independence

This MVP covers the agencies named in the agency directory. A state or category page represents that roster, not an assertion that every U.S. agency or opportunity has been collected.

Bid Atlas is not a government website, procurement agent or official submission service. Public buyers do not endorse listings by appearing in the directory.
