Scope of work
MassDOT seeks suppliers of equipment, materials and accessories for roadway and specialty sign manufacturing, fabrication and installation, including printers, plotters, laminators, sign-blank covering machines, applicator tables and sign supplies. Related installation, maintenance, repair and training services are included. This is rolling enrollment: quotes are evaluated as received through COMMBUYS. Bidders should have at least three years of relevant experience and submit the response form, pricing, good-standing evidence, supplier-diversity plan and prompt-payment form required by the checklist. No purchase volume is guaranteed.

- The September 2023 RFR retains a July 31, 2026 2 PM calendar entry and a differing bid-number label. Its page 8 makes the COMMBUYS header controlling; the April 28, 2026 amendment explicitly extends the header to July 31, 2029 at 3 PM.
