Scope of work
The City of Brookings is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design, engineering, bidding, and construction-administration services for the Downtown Armory Site Community Redevelopment Project. The selected firm will work with the City to create a final design, bidding documents, and provide construction-administration services for 221 Main Avenue and other adjacent city-owned sites as identified by the City and Project Team. The purpose of this project is to create a multifunctional, activated community “third space” in downtown Brookings.
