Scope of work
The City of Cleveland seeks bulk carbon dioxide supply, delivery and storage equipment for pH regulation at eleven swimming pools across eight city facilities. The vendor must provide at least99.5% pure CO2 with NSF/ANSI60 certification, install and maintain appropriately sized insulated storage vessels with telemetry, leak detection and safety systems, and provide annual testing plus24/7 emergency service with a maximum four-hour on-site response. Proposals must include pricing for gas, tank rental, telemetry, delivery/hazmat, emergency service and installation, along with at least three comparable commercial or municipal pool references.
