Scope of work
Survey and map Dakota skipper habitat in the McKenzie Ranger District, McKenzie County, North Dakota, within the Little Missouri National Grassland. Identify requisite plants, map suitable habitat boundaries with GPS, document rare pollinators, and deliver a survey plan, GIS polygon files and a final report. Field work is scheduled for May 15 through September 30, 2027; the final report is due January 31, 2028. This is a total small business set-aside. Quotes are due November 4, 2026 at 5 PM Mountain Time.
