Scope of work
The City of Northfield is seeking proposals from qualified engineering and consulting firms to evaluate the existing heating and cooling systems at the Northfield Community Resource Center (NCRC), compare conventional and geothermal system alternatives, and, if geothermal is determined to be the preferred alternative, advance the geothermal system toward design and construction documentation.
