Scope of work
Provide engineering and design for approximately 4,200 linear feet of eight-inch potable-water intertie between two existing Pahrump Fairgrounds wells, plus appurtenances. Services include civil/mechanical plans and specifications, cost estimates, NDEP and County approvals, bid documents, procurement support, construction oversight, testing/compliance, invoice/change-order review and closeout certification. This is a federally funded CDBG project requiring active SAM registration and the attached certifications. Submit one signed original in a sealed package to Nye County Finance; optional USB copy is allowed, but emailed/faxed proposals are not accepted. A confirmation form requests return by November 6 at 5 PM to receive project items/addenda.
