LAND MANAGEMENT INTEGRATED RESOURCES (LMIR) NATIONAL BPA

USDA Forest Service · District of Columbia

Deadline / status needs confirmation. This record remains available for reference. Use the official notice to confirm its current status.

Scope of work

The Forest Service is accepting responses for its Land Management Integrated Resources national BPA during the annual October 1-31 onboarding window. The BPA covers professional services, natural resource restoration, project management, environmental planning and other listed land-management services. Submit the signed SF1449, technical and past-performance response, Amendment 6 pricing sheet, matching locations-and-scopes workbook, and applicable amendment acknowledgments. Amendment 7 replaces open-continuous onboarding with the annual window. Responses received outside that window are held for the next onboarding period; urgent exceptions and the need to onboard remain at Government discretion. BPA admission does not guarantee a call order. Total small business set-aside; active SAM registration and solicitation-specific qualifications apply.

Source notes

  • Amendment 7, pages 1-2, expressly replaces continuous onboarding with October 1-31 annually. The SAM January 31, 2028 timestamp is retained as original metadata, not the operative onboarding cutoff.
  • No time or timezone is specified for the October annual cutoff. July 31, 2026 at 2 PM Pacific was a separate transition deadline and must not be reused.
  • Amendment 6 lists February 1, 2033 as the BPA end while Amendment 7 cover lists February 28, 2033. Neither supports an October 2033 window; annual windows end with October 2032.
  • Outside the annual window, ordinary responses are held to the next onboarding period. Do not present this as perpetually open or imply guaranteed onboarding.
