Scope of work
Provide custodial services for the Swan Lake Ranger District office and adjacent wellness room in Bigfork, Montana. Work includes regular cleaning, bathroom sanitation and supply replenishment, plus scheduled carpet, window, blind and high-surface cleaning. The main office is serviced three days per week and the wellness room once per week. The base period is December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027 with four annual options. This is a total small business set-aside. Quotes are due November 12, 2026 at 1 PM Mountain Time.
