ITB - Demolition and Remediation of Former Boys and Girls Club

The City of Douglas seeks a qualified, properly licensed contractor for asbestos abatement, building demolition and lot restoration at the former Boys and Girls Club, 210 Jackson Street. The approximately 10,114-square-foot building has severe fire and water damage. The scope includes labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, disposal and cleanup required to complete the work in accordance with the packet and applicable permits.
