Remove and replace two commercial overhead doors, approximately 13 ft by 12 ft 2 in and 11 ft by 10 ft 2 in, at the Traffic Engineering Building, 1741 S. Jefferson Avenue, Saginaw. Include insulated steel doors, operators, new hardware, installation, labor and disposal of old doors and debris; equivalent or better alternative manufacturers are permitted. This is an all-or-none bid. Bidders must attend the mandatory walkthrough on November 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the building. Sealed paper bids must arrive at the City Hall Purchasing Office, Room 105, 1315 S. Washington Avenue before November 10, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.; fax and email bids are not accepted.
