Escalator and Elevator Inspection Services for Tampa Convention Center

The City of Tampa seeks a qualified inspection agency to provide annual safety inspections, compliance testing and certification for five elevators, ten KONE escalators and one Savaria stair lift at Tampa Convention Center, 333 S. Franklin Street. Work includes elevator Category1 no-load testing, escalator and stair-lift safety tests, itemized reports within five business days, and required filings/certificates before the annual July31 expiration. Bidders need applicable contractor licensing, QEI credentials, at least five years of commercial inspection experience and KONE equipment expertise.
