Provide cleaning services for 2027–2029 at Portland Water District's Douglass Street office, East End Wastewater Treatment Plant, Ozone Treatment Plant, and Sebago Lake Protection Office Center. Annual lump-sum prices must cover all four locations and all routine and periodic work, including window and high-glass cleaning and towel laundering. Cleaning occurs after 4 PM with location-specific schedules clarified in Addendum One. Submit electronic bids by October 30, 2026 at 2 PM EDT with signed Attachments 2 and 3 and both addenda. The October 6 site visit was non-mandatory.
