Scope of work
The Forest Service seeks vendors for a BPA for vault-toilet and septic pumping on the west side of Mt. Hood National Forest, including the Zigzag and Clackamas River ranger districts. Calls are placed as needed, without guaranteed volume. Provide technical and past-performance information, a price proposal, required representations and amendment acknowledgments, using the amended schedule and added sites. The current attachment labeled Amendment 2 explicitly extends quote responses until the BPA ends, identifies that end as April 30, 2032, and allows acceptance at Government discretion. Questions and responses go to the replacement contracting contact identified in that amendment. Total small business set-aside; active SAM registration and solicitation-specific qualifications apply.

- The current attachment 1240BD25Q0015 002.pdf explicitly changes quote responses to the BPA end on page 1, continues discretionary acceptance on page 2, and states April 30, 2032 there. This response linkage governs over SAM April 30, 2031 metadata.
- The attachment body says Amendment 2 but its reused SF30 header/reference says 0001 and February 20, 2025. Preserve that artifact and identify the document by its official resource ID, hash and June 4, 2026 posting.
- The FAR-deviation Attachment 2 retains an inherited April 1, 2022-March 31, 2032 performance line. Its operative clauses change FAR terms, not response timing. The current response amendment, original cover and prior schedule amendment identify the West Hood BPA end as April 30, 2032.
- No clock time is specified in the replacement through-BPA response clause. Date precision is used; the former SAM noon time is not carried forward.
