Scope of work
Project encompasses the provision of all labor, materials, equipment required for two distinct yet concurrent scopes of work: 1. The replacement of the existing pair of 242-ton outdoor dry coolers and their associated pumping systems with two (2) new 400-ton outdoor dry coolers; 2. Replacement of the computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units. Contract documents for bidders will be available on or after October 7, 2026, via the Authority's website rfp.massconvention.com
