Source notes

  • The SAM description, SOW opening narrative and drawing cover say 4,450 feet, while C04b pages 1–2 specify 4,475 feet and schedule item 221100-3 marks it DQ. SOW section 011250 defines DQ as the final payable units shown in the Schedule of Items, subject to its change procedures. Incorporated FAR 52.212-4(r) also gives the schedule precedence over attachments/specifications. This listing uses the 4,475-foot scheduled quantity and does not claim the conflicting narrative was amended.
  • C04b page 14 retains HVAC-related experience and equipment lead-time wording, including the alternative of similar mechanical work. These submission instructions remain in the official packet; the listing does not waive them or add HVAC installation to the scheduled waterline work.
  • C04b page 5 contains an informational Aircraft Mechanic/$XX.XX placeholder and several service-template clauses. That table expressly is not a wage determination. The attached Daggett County heavy-construction wage determination and the applicable contract clauses must be consulted.
