Scope of work
EOTSS seeks a SaaS enterprise observability platform with implementation, integration, training, support and knowledge transfer. Quoted Phase 1 covers VMware/virtual infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Internet services and identity services, including dashboards, synthetic checks, alerting and coexistence with OpsRamp/SolarWinds. Phases 2–5 are future capability assessments, not awarded Phase 1 scope. Responses are restricted to current Statewide Contract ITS86 bidders; the Q&A distinguishes Category 1 reseller and Category 2 publisher responses. Submit through COMMBUYS.
