Scope of work
Residential rehabilitation at 1657 Holmes Street through the City of Saginaw CDBG/Home program. The scope includes roof removal, damaged-framing repair, new OSB roof sheathing and asphalt shingles, required flashing and attic ventilation, plus a new seamless aluminum gutter system with downspouts and extensions. Damaged or missing fascia boards and aluminum fascia cover must be repaired or replaced before the gutters are installed.
