Residential roof rehabilitation at 2209 North Oakley Street through the City of Saginaw CDBG/Home program. The contractor will remove the existing shingles, repair damaged roof framing as needed, install OSB sheathing across the roof deck, and install architectural dimensional shingles, drip edges and flashing while ensuring adequate attic ventilation. The specified shingles require a manufacturer warranty of at least 30 years.
