Work includes removing and replacing the roof shingles, repairing damaged roof framing, adding OSB roof sheathing, installing architectural shingles, drip edges and flashing, and ensuring attic ventilation. The project also requires new seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts and extensions, with fascia repairs before installation.
