Scope of work
Residential rehabilitation at 2017 Harris Street through the City of Saginaw CDBG/Home program. The scope includes roof removal and replacement with OSB sheathing and architectural shingles, roof-framing repairs as needed, flashing and attic ventilation, a new seamless aluminum gutter and downspout system, and repair or replacement of damaged or missing fascia and soffit. Required permits must be obtained before work starts.
