Residential rehabilitation at 3 Mackinaw Court through the City of Saginaw CDBG/Home program. Work includes removing the existing shingles, inspecting and repairing damaged roof framing, installing OSB sheathing over the entire roof deck, and installing architectural dimensional shingles, drip edges, flashing and attic ventilation. The roof shingles require a manufacturer warranty of at least 30 years; the packet requires a permit.
