Scope of work
Furnish one complete operational refrigerated drinking-water concession trailer for public events, including 14,000-pound GVWR chassis, insulated body, 500-gallon potable-water tank, refrigeration, two pumps, four taps on each side, generator, shore-power transfer equipment, lighting and delivery/setup. Provide equipment makes/models, technical literature, warranty terms, required compliance/disclosure forms and W-9. Submit a signed PDF bid by email with the IFB number, using multiple labeled parts if needed for the 20 MB message limit. Pricing is requested firm through April 30, 2027.
