Clean, inspect and disinfect the concrete water-storage tank at Hapgood Pond Recreation Area in Peru, Vermont. Furnish sediment removal, interior and exposed exterior washing, tank inspection, disinfection, and a PDF report with photographs. Amendment5 replaces the earlier rehabilitation scope with cleaning and inspection. Amendment7 sets performance for November16,2026 through May14,2027. This is a total small business set-aside.
