Scope of work
Remove and replace metal roofing on ten housing buildings at the Island Park Administrative Site in Caribou-Targhee National Forest: three bunkhouses, three duplexes and four single-family homes. Work includes 24-gauge standing-seam panels, 40-mil self-adhering underlayment, flashing, trim, ridge vents, aluminum soffit and fascia, and sheathing replacement. Amendment 0001 updates the expected 2027 construction period and incorporates detailed RFI clarifications.

- Read Amendment 0001 and the RFI answers with the original documents. Earlier 2025/2026 delivery and winter performance dates are expressly superseded. The revised SF 30 gives May 3–August 2, 2027; the RFI requires 90 days after notice to proceed.
- The RFI changes schedule item 074293 from linear feet to square feet and confirms 24-gauge standing-seam panels and 40-mil underlayment. Original table and specification wording persists in the package.
- All units are expected to be occupied. The RFI limits work to Monday–Friday, 07:00–18:00.
