Improve the Powell residential duplex in Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest by replacing roofing, water-damaged structural insulated panels and affected roof and wall structural members, with related enclosure, interior, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. The schedule separately prices optional interior painting. Construction documents include architectural, structural and MEP drawings, with removed materials disposed of off Forest Service land.
