FY27-28 Contract Sewer Repair Program

The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the Contract Sewer Repair Program. This is an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery task order contract. This is a one year contract with a second year bid option. The proposed improvements consist of removing concrete, asphalt, and composite pavements and sidewalks; excavation; repair and/or removal and replacement of multiple sizes of pipes of various materials; backfilling excavated areas with compacted crushed rock or native materials; replacing pavements; repair and/or removal and replacement of storm and sanitary sewer structures as necessary; seeding and/or sodding; and other work related thereto throughout the City of Davenport. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
