Source notes
- Source introduction states a council-approved commencement on or about January1,2026, predating the October2026 release; no inferred correction to this commencement date. The response deadline is independently consistent.
- Contents-page pagination is stale; the price-list clause on specification p45 retains literal NO VALUE placeholders. Resolve source pricing applicability with the procurement officer.
- The specification names both STANDARD and MAXIMUM background-screening levels; applicability depends on worker access and assignment.
