Source notes

  • Use the Amendment 0002 Basis of Design over residual original wording: metal only, no PVC, a 3-inch maximum Salem drop, and bathrooms excluded. Performance is 60 days under Amendment 0001.
  • The historical 1994 report shows no asbestos detected in highlighted ceiling-tile samples but positive asbestos values in other materials. It is not an all-materials clearance. Follow official differing-site-condition instructions.
  • Electrical and fixture work and Salem basement vent modifications are included. Simultaneous sites need separate authorized superintendents. Exhibits A–C are reference information under the Q&A.
