Davenport Compost Facility Girder Repair

City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the Davenport Compost Facility Girder Repair project. The proposed project includes the repair and reinforcement of the damaged steel girder located at the Compost Facility. Includes removal of temporary shoring currently in place. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 4 at 9:00 AM at City of Davenport Compost Facility, located at 2707 Railroad Ave. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
