BPA Setup - Waste Removal and disposal from Vault toilets & Septic tanks at various sites for the Region 6 National Forest

USDA Forest Service · Nationwide

Needs a fresh source check. This record remains available for reference. Use the official notice to confirm its current status.

Scope of work

The Forest Service seeks vendors for a BPA covering removal and disposal of waste from vault toilets, pit toilets and septic tanks at Region 6 recreation sites in Oregon and Washington. Work is ordered through individual calls and carries no guaranteed volume. Quotes may cover selected forests or ranger districts. Provide the signed SF1449, completed price schedule, technical and past-performance information, required representations and amendment acknowledgments. Amendment 0002 explicitly replaces the earlier response deadline with March 31, 2032 and permits responses through the BPA end at Government discretion. The current package includes updated sites, FAR provisions, wages and four expressly incorporated location maps from the official original notice. Total small business set-aside; active SAM registration and solicitation-specific qualifications apply.

Source notes

  • Amendment 0002, page 2, explicitly replaces the response date with March 31, 2032; this governs over the retained SAM March 31, 2031 metadata.
  • The amendment says 12:00 PM PST. Date precision is used conservatively rather than silently converting that literal standard-time label into daylight time.
  • Current BPA page 107 incorporates four older location maps. Their original publication dates are retained separately from fresh retrieval; historical road-access annotations are not assertions of current road conditions.
  • The archived 2022 amendment and its extra schedules are retained as audit context only; they are not used to add scope to the current 2026 notice. Current wage documents supersede older archived wages.
