Scope of work
Design and restore the Barillas Peak lookout tower cab in Santa Fe National Forest, including removal/replacement on the existing tower, lightning protection and grounding, solar power with backup generator, utilities and associated site work. Option A covers Encino Vista lightning protection/grounding and solar power with backup generator. The schedule prices base and option separately; construction follows phased design review and an approximately548-day period after notice to proceed.
