ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSAL Sealed proposals for the Public Works Facility Improvement Project for the City of Auburn will be received by email or delivery to Department of Engineering Services, Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, New York 13021, until 11:00 AM local time, on Friday October 30, 2026 . The full request for proposals may be obtained through the City of Auburn's website at www.auburnny.gov . under the Bids and RFP's tab. The City of Auburn reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposal packets. The City of Auburn is exempt from the payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials, equipment and supplies sold to the City of Auburn pursuant to this Contract.
