ITB: Wastewater Treatment Chemical Caustic Soda Click here to view full document Addendum No. 1 INVITATION TO BID Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-129, Brunswick County is soliciting sealed bids for the following wastewater treatment chemical: Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), 50% liquid . Any changes to the specifications herein will be made in the form of an Addendum to this Invitation to Bid and will be supplied to all known prospective bidders and posted on the Brunswick County website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, bidders will be responsible for ensuring that they have all addenda. Brunswick County may negotiate and refine final specifications with the selected bidder.
